Everyone need a great W.O.M.A.N.
Heal Thy self three syllables! To be healthy everyone needs a great W.O.M.A.N. I am of the belief that when we change our belief systems of what things means to us then we see the light. Change the belief systems and you will see the miracles. Be the light.

Wear the Rosemary next time you want to remember something:

Water how much water should anyone of us drink? Depends some people need approximately half their body weight in ounces, some people need 8 to 10 -8 ounces glasses; while some need a minimum amount just to perform natural bodily functions. Water is the ultimate vehicle to conduct hydro electricity through out the body.

Oxygen
It has been said that we can only live without oxygen for 10 minutes, a few days without water, and weeks without food. Where did we get that belief? I was thinking that from the moment and before we are conceived we are amphibious creatures connected through a tube we receive oxygen for approximately nine months and then we come to the light and we are gasping for our first breath! Finally we see the light. Breathe regularly, just to help the plants and along the way you can fill your lungs with air to rid of carbon dioxide.

Plants get carbon by breathing in carbon dioxide and breaking off the oxygen they breathe out again. The carbon in carbon dioxide is what all plants are made of, and the oxygen becomes the oxygen we breathe. Ultimately it is the sun "the light" that gives life to all things. So take the time to be in the light breathe, become conscious of your breath through out the day and use proper breathing by filling up the lungs by taking a deep breath while expanding you rib cage filling it up like a balloon hold it for 10 seconds (count to ten) hold it and exhale out until you feel that you have let go all the air out.

That's how you keep your cells oxygenated even when you are just sitting down at your desk. Best to do it in the open air or anywhere.

Mental Exercises
Practice daily positive expectations of yourself; give the best of you, decide that will happen, trust that will happen and you will see it happen. Instill faith in your self, Faith is to believe in that which you do not see yet and the rewards for that faith is to see, hear, feel and know that your deepest fulfilling desires or expectations are being carefully crafted for the self accomplishment. Choose your thoughts wisely, thoughts become biology, you have heard you become what you consistently think about!! Or what you consistently focus on.

Anti-Oxidants; where do we get them? We get them from the red or any colored pigmentation predominantly found in plant life. Prevalent in berries, Cacao, Antioxidants, including caffeic acid, are essential in preventing diseases such as cancer or coronaries disease. Antioxidants consist of a molecule that is able to slow or even prevent oxidation of other molecules. When oxidation occurs in the body, it produces free radicals that are capable of damaging cells. Antioxidants terminate this reaction by removing free radicals that can be encouraged by smoking, stress, infections, eating fried foods, excessive sunbathing, or exposure to pollutions and x-ray.

When the body has low levels of antioxidants, damage or death to the cells can happen via a process called oxidative stress. Oxidative stress is also known as a contributor to the onset of many degenerative dis-eases, Eat to live, choose foods that provide a load of anti-oxidants.

Nightly Rest, nights were designed to rest and rejuvenate the body, time to recharge and regenerate new cells, sometimes nights are for dreaming and receiving messages from the inner world, find the meanings in your dreaming, I used to keep a daily dream diary next to my bedside, I still do.

Give yourself the gift of a good night's sleep, take time for yourself, take a nap during the day in the car on your desk in your office, at home. At night time take a bath or rub lavender essential oil on the side temples of your face to help calm the mind and relax the cares of the day for an assured good night of body restoration.
